We asked our Atlanta Local Golf Advisor for their best courses, restaurants and bars around the Atlanta area. As owners of both a vacation rental and a restaurant, we have had nothing but terrible experiences whenever dealing with TripAdvisor. First of all, it is almost impossible to reach a real person. Then if & when you do, they cannot speak understandable English! Their site is VERY difficult to navigate – we have had a multitude of customers tell us that they can’t find us on TripAdvisor! Also, their vacation rental calendar will NOT sync with other sites, so we have to continually go in and update it manually. Bottom line, TripAdvisor is a pain to have to deal with! This company is NOT one you want to do business with, but we are forced to because of their name recognition in the market. I wish they would just GO AWAY!!!…
