There are a lot of principles of Pilates, and that includes concentration, breathing, stamina, relaxation, precision, postural alignment, control, centering and flow. Another term for dry needling is myofascial trigger point dry needling, and it is basically described as a method of using either a solid filiform needles which is also called as an acupuncture needles; or the needles commonly used for muscle pain and myofascial pain syndrome, which is called as the hollow-core hypodermic needles. The method of dry needling is also called as IMS or intramuscular stimulation, and it basically refers to other modern forms of acupuncture, such as the myofascial acupuncture, the tendinomuscular acupuncture, and the sports acupuncture.
