The top 10 vacation islands varies according to the individual’s preference. The top ten vacation islands may also vary from one author to another. Before starting, ask yourself this question, what you really look for in a vacation island? As for myself, I like islands with good environmental landscape and have a variety in its scenery. Now let me start on my list of top 10 vacation islands. I have a lot of down time to explore the history here, start this blog and advance my education and overall general reading of subjects that interest me. One is military history. What the Marines, Sailors and civilian contractors did here is a bright spot in dark period of the early days of WWII. Although the island fell to Japanese, the Marines made them pay a high price for this piece of real estate.
